In 2018 Richmond, Ontario will celebrate its 200th Anniversary – and you’re invited!

Richmond was founded in 1818 as a British Military settlement and is the oldest community within the current City of Ottawa. Read more about Richmond’s history here.

A variety of events throughout 2018–and a special weekend on June 15-17—will provide an opportunity to honour Richmond’s past, celebrate its vibrant present and look toward the future. We want this celebration to be BIG so there will be events that will appeal to all ages and interests.

To make the celebration one to remember for years to come, this non-profit, community-based event needs your financial support. Find out how you can contribute or become a corporate sponsor and buy Richmond’s 200th Anniversary merchandise here.
